All of us here have had experiences with PEA products.
This is where you can give more information about your experiences. Visitors will find first-hand info very useful and catching some patterns can be of extreme value to all of us.
I read many articles on PEA, and I have been interested in taking it for normal-tension glaucoma. I started in October 2017. I was surprised to see that aches and pains in my back and hands disappeared a few days later. I take 600-1200 mg daily, depending on what I remember. I hope that my eye pressure will drop, but I have not yet tested it.
Potentially from vascular dysregulation I have some neuropathy in the toes. (I am also on the low side of prediabetic.) it’s painless. I have not seen improvement; to the contrary, I may be losing more sensation as time goes by. I should probably add alpha lipoic acid, which I have not.
PEA is expensive for many people, and taking it for a long time has significant costs. It’s also difficult to pronounce, and this may be one more reason why it’s unknown.
